Studio Policy 2024-2025
Please read the following policies carefully:
Courtesy:
All students are expected to be courteous and respectful to each other and the teaching staff.
Bullying or Harassment by students or parents, inappropriate language or physical assault at the studio will be grounds for immediate dismissal. Absolutely NO GUM CHEWING is permitted.
CELL PHONES MUST BE TURNED OFF DURING CLASS!
Attendance:
Students are required to attend class regularly. Please be prompt and arrive for your scheduled classes on time, as not to disrupt the other students. If you are going to be absent, please contact the studio and arrange a makeup class. Should you need to be dismissed early, please let the instructor know prior to the beginning of class. Restrooms should be utilized before or after class, unless it is an emergency.
Dance Attire:
ALL CLASSES (except Little Learners, Advanced Little Learners and Boys Hip Hop)
TIGHTS:Tan or Pink “MUST BE WORN”
DANCEWEAR: Leotards, Dance Shorts, Sports Bras or Unitards MUST BE BLACK Dance Skirts, Ballet sweaters and Legwarmers are acceptable and may be worn
HAIR: Either a BUN or PONYTAIL Hair must be pulled away from the face.
FOOTWEAR: Proper FOOTWEAR is required for all classes
NOT PERMITTED TO BE WORN DURING CLASS TIME:


Sweat Shirts – Tee Shirts – Jackets – Street Clothes - Jewelry
RECITAL COSTUMES: Each child is required to purchase a recital costume per class at the cost of $70 per costume and the costume payments are due in November. (costumes are non-refundable)
RECITAL FEE: Each child is required to pay a $40 Recital Fee ($15 for each sibling) which includes a Studio Recital
T-Shirt. This fee is due in April.
Holiday Closings 2024-2025:
NJEA Convention - NOVEMBER (Thursday & Friday)
Thanksgiving- NOVEMBER (Thursday & Friday)
Christmas/New Year- DECEMBER 25th thru JANUARY 1st (Monday-Monday)
President’s Day- FEBRUARY (Friday & Monday)
Spring Break- APRIL 18th -27th (Friday – Sunday)
Memorial Day- MAY 26th (Monday)
